Additional Programs

Out-of-State Medicaid Screening and Provider Enrollment/Billing - DECO will also screen out-of-state self-pay patients for Medical Assistance. If needed, we will also complete the provider enrollment form for any of the 50 states as well as internationally and follow it through acceptance. DECO will then bill any claims and work any ongoing denials for the facility.

Pre- and Retro-Certification - DECO provides pre-certifications for outlier obstetrics clinics, among other areas, and has a clinical staff to complete the retro-certifications so that a facility can get payment from Medicaid for the states that require this process.

Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) - DECO provides this service to qualify Medicare patients for this payment to cover their Medicare deductible.

Long-Term Care (LTC) Placement - DECO provides services to quickly and efficiently get a patient LTC coverage to aid a facility in moving a patient from the hospital to a nursing home.

Special Billing Projects/Claims Processing - DECO has completed any number of special projects for clients, ranging from working denials projects for a specific carrier to cleaning up backlogs of retro-certifications.

Customized Programs - DECO understands that no two facilities are the same, and all have unique needs. DECO will work with a facility to solve any and all “pain points.’ We will hire additional expertise as needed to assist the facility.
